The Sustainability Initiative at MIT Sloan had a new approach: foster collaboration among students, faculty, NGOs, and business leaders to map social, economic, and environmental pathways toward a just and sustainable future—building on decades of thought leadership and business management innovation at Sloan. We were invited to build a web strategy to further this important goal.
Our challenge was not a lack of ideas; our client team had plenty of great ones, infused with a new vision of social justice, progress, and viability. Our task was to develop a visual identity and an out-of-the box website to let the world know about this innovation incubator. We conceived a content strategy and information architecture that leveraged dynamic profiles, video content, and other media on editorial web pages with seamless cross-linking.
