Road Scholar—a not-for-profit that promotes lifelong learning through educational travel experiences for boomers and beyond. The organization sought simultaneously to appeal to Road Scholar loyalists and expand their reach to new audiences, and needed an intuitive, user-friendly website to meet these goals.
Luckily, we were given a clean slate to craft an improved online experience for Road Scholar's wide-ranging audience groups. The new website elevated the organization's online presence and positioned them to improve business processes, grow operations, and meet their strategic goals.
Robust user research acquainted us with many adventure-seeking individuals and the unique challenges faced by Road Scholar's demographic. An iterative and collaborative process resulted in a site that is authentic, thoughtful, and dedicated to making accessible the magic of Road Scholar.
